Key Features

Two Purchase Options

Option 1: Commercial Edition Source Code License — USD 5,000

Includes the complete commercial edition source code and one year of product updates. Customization, distribution, and resale are permitted within the scope of the licensing agreement. An invoice is available.

This is a non-exclusive commercial license and does not include a transfer of the Next Terminal brand. The exact licensing scope will be defined in the contract.

The update period's start date, delivery scope, and arrangements for deployment support and custom development will also be specified in the contract.

Option 2: Full Transfer of Source Code and Brand — Price Negotiable

I am open to transferring the Next Terminal commercial edition source code and brand. The assets, rights, price, and handover arrangements are open for discussion. Previously granted open source and commercial licenses will not be automatically revoked by the transfer. Responsibility for update commitments to existing license holders will be addressed as part of the transfer.
